What shall be done at occurrence of an insured event (accident, loss)?

Customer (Insured) shall:

1. Undertake all necessary steps to diminish the loss;

2. Notify, when necessary, competent authorities (police, Department of Emergency Situations,  medical institutions, etc);

3. Notify the Company about the insured event within the terms specified in the insurance contract:

  • Motor TPL– within 24 hours
  • Motor CASCO – within 72 hours
  • Property  – within 48 hours
  • PA – within 7 days

4. Provide access to damaged assets in order to ascertain loss and submit necessary documents;

5. Participate in ascertaining damage caused as a result of occurrence of the insured event.

Company shall:

1. Register the claim;

2. Examine circumstances of the insured event;

3. Examine damaged or lost assets, body injuries, etc;

4. Ascertain the loss;

5. Evaluate and determine damage value;

6. Pay indemnity.
